driving from sosua to la romana

i like to drive to la romana from sosua. does anybody know which way would be better to drive: 1.) sosua - moca - la vega - ... etc. 2.) or the new road via samana?

the new road does it end before or after the las americas airport?

how much time would it take for an average driver to go via samana to la romana

folks, thx for your help

I would go on the new road. Sosua - Nagua, Nagua on new road just before the airport, then it is a straight run to La Romana. Saves going through Santo Domingo. Say 1.5 - 2 hours to Nagua, an hour to airport then 1.5 hours to La Romana.
