hello,

I'm looking for an apartment in sosua, for some months (at least 3 possibly more), 1 bedroom, with internet, security, and secured parking, around $400-$500 monthly

I'm living in santo domingo now , will go to sosua to see it before renting,

please any suggtestions? thanks in advance!

I can recommend Las Canas for everything you're looking for as per your post!
Suggest you contact Judy, LC Manager for availability as well as arranging a site visit! (website info below)
I can tell you LC is only 5 minutes from the center of Sosua, amazing pool, mini mart, laundry facilities, very helpful staff, and also I'm sure that Judy will fill you in on the rest!

Not even close. Judy at LC is an honorable person whose word can be believed. She runs a tight ship at LC.

You can also try Perla de Sosua

You will not need to rent a car .

Guest friendly but in a discreet kind of way

I agree with Mike...Perla is a nice place and Hans' the manager' is a great guy..

Hans is no longer the manager he bought a restaraunt on the malecon in POP

I would say Perla also. I come down from Canada all the time and stay there. Safe, secure and guest friendly. It is in a perfect location.

I will be back down there in 25 days!!!!!

Yes it is true Hans is gone, but the place is still good.
