IF travelling to Rio San Juan from Cabarete ,what would be the best method/ cost? How long of a trip is this?

You can just flag down a Publico that says Rio S.Juan-Puerta Plata on the top of the car. I guess about 50pesos would do it.

The gua gua from Rio San Juan to Puerto Plata is 80 pesos.
