But from what's posted I would be led to suspect that only "offices" in malls open Saturday's in the morning.

I just called them and they said they are open on Saturdays from 8am until 5pm.

And even then it depends which Saturday of the month it is :cheeky:: Horario de Atenci?n al Cliente. De lunes a viernes de 8:00 AM a 7:00 PM.
Primer s?bado del mes de 8:00 AM. a 2:00 PM. Los s?bados siguientes de 8:00 AM. a 5:00 PM.
Nothing like making the process transparently simple. Phone them anng3. And ask the question 3 different ways. Then triangulate the responses. Well done Nikki Simon. 2 more volunteers needed.
