How many pesos for a taxi from Las Americas airport to Caribe Tours bus station?

How much should a taxi in pesos from Las Americas airport to Caribe Tours bus station cost me for one person with one piece of luggage and my backpack on Friday in Santo Domingo? Should I call Apolo taxi at Las Americas airport to save a susbstantial of money ( I guess Apolo taxis would charge me about 350 pesos)

You are going to pay at least 1000 pesos, probably a bit more. Over a year ago I was quoted 1000 pesos from Sto Dgo to the airport...by Apollo..

Say $35-$45...You will have to haggle a bit.

I took a taxi from the departures section upstairs to Caribe in Santo Domingo a month ago and paid 1000 pesos. I probably could have tried to haggle a little more, but was on a very tight schedule and couldn't afford the delay.

I arrived last month on an early morning flight from JFK, was the first out at the arrival area and the taxi drivers office told me that the rate from airport to Naco is US$ 40,0 or RD$ 1300,0 day or night.
