"Real" Thanksgiving
Today is actually Thanksgiving for Canadians. We typically give thanks for the success of our crops and the harvest being done. I can be somewhat humourless about being grateful... and watching football.
I am grateful to be living in the DR. Thankful that we have good friends, and our family is blessed with good health. Grateful that I have family in Canada to miss. When November comes and our American neighbours and friends celebrate Thanksgiving, I will be thankful then too!!
