Does some one could tell me how much it cost to refill an oxygene tank?(regular fill up!).
debating of bringing my own compressor or use the diving shop in Sosua?

Oxygen Tank!!!!!!

please dont try to go diving with your tank full of o2 cause at depths of greater than 10 Metres its highly poisonous.

..10 m on oxygen the equivalent to 85 m on air, 2.0 ATA PO2, serious stuff.

I believe the original poster is talking about 'compressed air' not 'oxygen.'

to the OP:

Scuba Tanks are filled with Compressed Air, not Oxygen!

Yes, basic. Air is 21% oxygen, big difference.

So it's air, not oxygen. FYI oxygen is being used as a special application gas in diving, it can kill you. The good thing is no diveshop would fill a regular tank with O2, so it's not really a problem. I don't know what the diveshops charge for a tank fill but I wouldn't pay more than 300 pesos. If you bring your own tank make sure it has a valid hydro test, if not they may (should) refuse to fill it.
