It's always like that after a lot of rain or when someone accidentally digs up the pipes.

It must have been dug up pipes as we have not had much rain. All clear this morning, but it sure looked nasty last night, I was not looking forward to a shower with bottled water.

The rain does not have to be local, but in the hills to the west which has gotten alot of rain. When that happens the water can be brown for days. Just more proof that you should NEVER drink it. This will not change in the foreseeale future.

I think they were working on the pipes, in front of Ocean Dream yesterday. They were also laying new pipe east of Caberete . One of these could have caused the problem.
