Could someone please tell me the distance from Casa Linda to the center of Sosua. Also, are the villas situated right off the beach or have access to the beach. Any opinions of the villas good or bad would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to all in advance!!!!

Casa Linda is a 7 minute car ride to downtown Sosua, they are nowhere near the beach.
If you want similar villa living MUCH closer to the beach and town, built by the same builder but managed better, I would recommend Residencial Hispaniola.

From the inside of Res. H. to the beach is a solid 10 minute walk.
It's a 3 minute motoconcho ride to the entrance to the beach.
You could get away with not having a vehicle here, Casa Linda requires wheels.
