Dont know of any scheduled concerts, but you can always try "Home Run" in Monte Llanno. It used to be called Tipico Azucar, it's right on the highway, large building with thatched roof, and large fake neon palm trees out by the road. You can't miss it.
I have caught live bands their in the past. It's mostly Bachata music, some merengue and maybe some Salsa. Wish I was there, I'ld buy the first round....
