After looking at http://store.apple.com/us/browse/home/shop_mac/family/macbook_pro and Review: MacBook Pro Core 2 Duo/2.4GHz and 2.5GHz | Macworld I wonder if it's possible to run Mac software with a regular Intel computer...assuming one had the software?

I understand that you can run Leopard and XP and Vista on a Mac but is the reverse true? What about Linux?

"Dazed and confused" and wanting a 17" MacBook Pro!!! :cheeky::bunny::bunny:

(just wait till I get on the iphone unlocking bandwagon...jejeje;) )

... What about Linux?...
You can run Linux on mostly anything... I recently installed Linux on a MacBook Pro (the owner managed to screw up his OSX and forgot his install DVD in his home country...). Worked great !
I also run Linux on my antique Mac iBook G3 laptop (with a PPC processor)...
And of course all my 32bit and 64bit Intel/AMD regular PC's are running Linux...
