Is the street Ave. General Imbert Barreras in Puerto Plata City? I am looking into O & M Hostos School Puerto Plata and on the web when I did a search to find out where exactly the school was located "General Imbert" came up as being in Sosua. Does anyone know if there is Ave. General Imbert Barreras in Puerto Plata city? Thanks for your help.
