    Is this position commission based? Also, can you pls provide a brief description of the skills and duties expected of a candidate?

    This position pays a sliding scale base salary plus commissions. The scale is based on qualifications regardless of where you come from. So we pay a Dominican candidate with equal qualifications the same as his foreign counterpart.

    The commission schedule is the same as we pay our recruiters who work in the US. It is excellent.

    Duties - matching required skills to candidate skills, verifying and submitting. Sounds simple but at times it is not. It requires patience, diligence, a sixth sense sometimes, a positive attitude, perseverence and decisiveness. Recruiters spend almost all their time online and on the phones. We do not cold call, we are not a call center.

    Skills - intelligence, able to communicate effectively in English, creative, ability to make a decision, some background in technology is a benefit. Sales ability and energy is a definite advantage.
