Can anyone suggest a supplier of organic fertillizer (horse dung or similar) in the Puerto Plata/Sosua/Cabarete area? I am likely to need 10 or 20 sacks of the stuff.

just drive out to the campo and look for pastures...cow poo is just as good right?? if not... where there are cows there's usually horses.

fresh is no good - it needs to be dry and well rotted

well yeah of course...thats what im saying..there's plenty of dry and well rotted poo out there.

This I can confirm for the Sosua, PoP, Cabarete areas.
