I need personal references about this Spanish language school in Sosua for my 19 yr old daughter. Anyone with information about IIC please e-mail us at mrollins@hpedsb.on.ca I have already checked out their web site. Now I need personal recommendations from former students. Thanks

Why would a 19 year old Canadian

want to go to a high school? And in Sosua, the Sodom of the North Coast?
If she wants to learn Spanish there are many excellent schools around the island, even in Puerto Plata-San Jos? School, run by nuns, comes to mind.
Something is awry here....

I think there might be superior options

Available. Look into Entrena or the Instituto Cultural Dominico-Americano programs for Spanish. There are also programs at different universities which offer Spanish for Foreigners.

I am not impressed with this outfit-whose main focus is teaching German to Dominicans and Spanish to Germans...

Just my take on this..
