we stayed there last year in feb.and thats what they charged us too, we thought that was steep,they do give you breakfast, but still the place isn,t realy worth that, we were only staying 1 night,thought maybe that was why, people we met in boca chica stayed across the street at the waterfront, i think they paid 70 bucks a night and that was for 2 rooms , they had brought their chldren with them.i went down too the waterfront the next morning it looked too be a better place too stay
