I think they are open on Sat. is this not the one at the non denomoational church ? I think on Mondays too ? I think the posting is right. Look in the phone book for a number. My friend used to go there. Books for like 30-50 pesos. Plus they have many others in the back.

They are open Tues-Sun, but closed Monday. There isn't a phone number at the library but I can PM you contact details for one of the volunteers to double check that this schedule is still current.

Tuesday - 2:30-5:00pm
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday - 9:30-11:30am
Sunday - 10:00-11:30am

Yes, there is a fairly large selection for children and young people. Many of the books are a little bit old but there are some good ones there.

Amy, your best bet is to go on a Saturday or Sunday morning. Any changes to opening times are more likely to affect the weekday schedule.

Wed, Thur, Fri, Saturday 9:00 - 11:30
Sunday 10 :- 11: 00
many books on sake whenever open. Price RD$20 but some new books RD$50
