Residents have united forces in Playa Laguna in order to give first aid for the road leading to their community. Maybe something like this would work in La Mulata as well?

The idea is that they had couple of guys funding the project in the beginning and then the rest of the people living there were willing to partisipate and donate after they saw the outcome of the efforts. Great idea to improve community spirit I think!
