A new religious tradition has been started in Cofresi. Father Dale Johnson, an American, has been, & will for the foreseeable future, saying Mass in English, @ 10:30 AM, @ the Sun Village Hotel, Cofresi; in a large room off the lobby of the Hotel.
Father Dale, as he is known to his many POP friends, was born in Washington state & was ordained in New Jersey in 1991 into the Eastern Rite. He had served for 15 years in Iraq & Turkey; he founded Dominican Outreach in 2005 in POP. He has written 31 books. He offers an Ecumenical Eucharistic Service, almost identical in all respects to the Roman Catholic mass but in English.
He is an experienced & gifted speaker; he is working with the poor children of POP & this area, attempting to improve their lot. I [actually we] have attended his mass & fond them spiritually rewarding. We invite you to join us. I think that you will be pleased. Thank you.
