Hello All,

I'm looking for a 1-2 bedroom furnished rental for the dates of December 15th, 2008 - January 9th. Hoping to stay around the $1000.00 USD area for price. Must have A/C and high speed internet access. We'll be in the area this weekend and would like to have a look at what's available.

you are talking a short term rental,
count more on like 500-700 bucks a week,
forget the highspeed internet, that contract would cost an extra bunch of bucks.
if you are lucky you get the electricity included on such rates, but often not, the A/C is a eater.
