I've just been told by a realtor that there is a very small problem at the Las Dunas development in Uvero Alto. Apparently there is a minor dispute between the developer and the previous landowner regarding the water pipes. As I have no confidence in this realtor to tell me anything more than half the truth I'd be grateful if there is anybody who could let me have any further information.
