Displaced Child

A friend of ours (Ecuadorian) and his wife (Dominican) are in jail here in Santiago now on some pretty serious charges. They had an adopted daughter, approximately age 6. How can I find out where she is and if I can take things to her?

Normally families here step up to the plate straight away & would offer the child shelter. If the authorities have the child you would probably need to contact Conani but I would try the family network first. The mother at a guess would be in Rafey women's prison.
