Where can I find more information about this fiesta? I have googled it but all I am led to are videos. I understand that it is sometime around this time of the year. It is a celebration of some Saint, in the countryside they dig big holes in the ground which are lined with hot stones and large pans of rice are cooked in it. I'm told the rice is delicious. Thanks in advance.
