Seeking info about Cycling Race in February

The dr1 calendar of events lists a pro cycling tour- Independencia Cycling Tour bicycle race in late February. Does anyone have info about this? Where and when does it takes place, opportunities for spectators. I will be travelling to DR in February and would love to see professional cycling race. Thank you.

I could have sworn I answered you. Send me a PM and I will try and contact the person who organizes this race and see if i can't get you more info..Pretty good spectacle. I expect Wendy Cruz, gold medal winner in Pan Am Games, to be there...
