Naturopathic(?) clinic - Dominican Republic

I was told there is an excellent clinic in DR which has had good results in the treatment of intestinal parasites. My sister and her children contracted some kind of bug while repeatedly swimming in a lake in central Florida about three years ago. Unfortunately the doctors there are very ignorant and uninformed as to the treatment and nature of parasites and she is slowly dying. She needs to find professional help as she's exhausted her ability to self-treat. Does anyone know about a clinic in DR (or anywhere else?) Thanks.
