are you allowed to bring back an item you bought here, paid itbis on take out of the country by plane and then return with it ? do you have to register it with customs at airport??? can this be done??? i e my friend bought a electric surge protector in states. he does not think it works properly and has warrantee for it.. sign for it when leaving???
