I represent one of the best known and most popular Dominican music superstars who is interested in expanding his business portfolio. One thing we discussed is the prepaid phone card business. Does anyone have any experience, knowledge or advice as to the viability of creating branded phone cards in the DR? We thought about combining the card with an exclusive ringtone or some other premium give away to stimulate interest. This artist has massive, nearly ubiquitous recognition amongst Dominicans world wide.
