Flower delivery to pop

I'd like to send flowers from the US to someone in POP.
Any ideas which international companies might be able to accomplish an actual delivery (as opposed to hitting you with substantial fees and than vanishing into the night)?
Or are there any reliable local flower shops in POP that accept credit card payment?

Best just to wire her the money. She'd appreciate it more. Or you can give her name, and I'm sure someone on this board who knows her will forward the money to her the next time they see her.:tired:

If my assumptions are way off, and they're for your sickly grandma, my apologies. Otherwise, best not to waste your money...
