Where is the best Orange cell phone store to find the Alcatel OT C701? This is the cell phone that I really want to use when I fly over to Santo Domingo next week to attend the university there. I need the best Orange cell phone store that has the biggest selection of cell telephones. But, I want Alcatel OT C701 cell phone in particular. Someone that speaks english at the Orange shop would also be helpful even though I do speak enough spanish to complete the process. How much should 1000 or 2000 minutes should cost in dominican pesos to get me started?
