At the Instituto Techologico de Santo Domingo website says the following" Validation studies of the Middle Level (high school) and / or High School issued by the Ministry of Education in the Dominican Republic and if you legalize professional record notes by SEESCYT" So, since I already have a bachelor's degree will the university here in the USA still have to send my transcript to SEESCYT for me to start a master's program over there. Or, does the Ministry of Education just see that my transcript was validated here at the Dominican Republic consulate here in the USA?
