Hey there we are a large group with 17 people visiting in two weeks from Canada, on Feb 26th. We're staying at Playa Dorada, although I am not much of a resort guy and will be looking for lots to do off resort aactivities
Here's what I've thought so far:
Cafe Cito pub crawl, a day in POP...cable car, markets, Amber Museum, Fort, etc, Snorkelling in Sosua, 27 Charcos waterfalls (but what tour to take!). We'll probably have to do a monster truck tour or jeep safari with the whole family.
I'm also wondering what to take for Dominican kids. Last year we went to Cuba and were amazed all the kids played baseball, and thought they would love to have some gloves. Also, shampoos, soaps, pens and paper and such. And smelly things for our maids.
