Another Time Change Question

Will the time be changed at 12:00 am midnight or at 2:00 am
(night from Saturday to Sunday)
Nobody seems to really know?

Is someone out there who could tell me?

At 2:00 in the morning, on Sunday, the clocks will be set ahead one hour, so that it will be 3:00am, Sunday, Dec.3rd at that time. This gives Dominicans all of sunday to get used to the idea before they head off to work on monday (yeah, right).

Hopefully the confusion will be over by Sunday then!
