To find a place to stay and have wedding

My name is Larry and I am marring a woman from Russia. We will get together in a major hotel in Santo Domingo on the 23rd of December and stay there until the 26th. We need a nice room to stay until the 31st. $20 a day is what I am looking for. We need to be picked up and also one help get our plans sorted out and get us a priest and whitnesses for a wedding. I need to wire money for a room this weekend to make sure we have one...I am willing to send 50% now and 50% when I arrive.
