A group of us will be traveling to DR for the first time week of March 8th. We will be staying at the Bavaro Princess Suites Punta Cana. I was wonder if there are any tips on the hotel itself. Also any suggestions on things to do while there, any must see or must do while in DR other then the Guided tours offered through the travel agencies?

First Time in DR
Venture the Island, if you are with your male buddy's................
You will not get the true flavor of the Island there, in Punta Cana..bored..:bored::bored::bored:
If you speak spanish, Santiogo or Santo Domingo.............
If you don't, like myself, go to Caberete or Sosua..............But read the Sanky Forums first, before stepping foot of of the plane................:bunny::bunny::bunny:

Captain Cook in Bavaro is an excellent choice for shellfish.
You will also find other good restaurants along that strip.
Captain Cook is especially good because you choose what you want to be cooked!!!!!
