Operation Smile based out of Norfolk, VA is coming to the Dominican Republic in July 2009. ?Operaci?n Sonrisa? is a group of volunteers, a team of medical specialists of various disciplines that travel worldwide to repair children?s facial deformities that include cleft lips and cleft palates.
