are there any nice hotels near the las americas airport? also what is the taxi fare from zona colonial to the airport?

The closest "nice" hotel is the Quality Hotel, but it is in the middle of nowhere.

A cab from zona colonial to the airport will probably cost 30-35 US$.

Or one could backtrack to Boca Chica less than 10 mins away, more of a selection there. Then head out to the capital in the morining.
Taxi cost would be about the same!
As stated before "Quality Inn" is the only descent one I've seen.
