Jordanian living in Dominican Republic indicted in US for illegal REPUBLICAN CAMPAIGN contributions to Mccain, Guliani and Hillary.

I think this is BS...The US government should not waste it's time prosecuting a resident of another country just because this person donated a little more than the regulations.
all he has to say is that he did not know he had a limit.

They can't touch him.

The USA should focus in solving the real problem that is sitting at the table. And that is fixing the economy.

I don't believe Hillary would have received REPUBLICAN CAMPAIGN money.

More than likely, the US has more important issues to be concerned with, but there is perhaps more to the story than simple over-contributing. Often this type of crime is associated with other matters involving corruption and fraud, and could easily be considered to be part of the larger problems concerning the economy.

In any event, why would the particulars in this case be of interest to the DR? The DR's only role in this issue is to follow the law with regard to the mutual extradition agreements shared with the US. Either this person is to extradited or he isn't, depending upon how the treaty is written. However, I can see no reason for the Dominican government to stand in the way of extradition in this case.

If a non US citizen gives money to any US election campaign it is a crime. He should be prosecuted. Yet, it's interesting that our biased socialist media here in the US has no interest in investigating the millions in foreign donations, including large amounts of European and Saudi money, that put Obama in the White House, laundered to look like grassroots campaign contributions from individuals who can't be tracked down living at nonexistent addresses.

Hmmm, that is interesting.

It's apparently a previously unknown massive left-wing conspiracy, surreptitiously concealed from an unsuspecting public by fellow travelers, deeply entrenched within the main-stream media.

Good work, detective.

This thread is not going to turn into a political rant for either side.

Keep it on topic.

It'd be interesting to see how you back that kind of a statement up. ;):bunny::bunny:
