Hola amigos,

After spending a really boring week in Sosua, I am moving to Cabarate for 2 weeks. I am crazy (to say the least) about bachata, salsa y merengue.

Does anyone know where I could dance especially with a younger crowd (read chicas) including esta noche?

Muchas gracias

Le Calamare en Follie (on the beach) converts to a disco with bachata, merengue and salsa after 10pm. Not sure about the age of the crowd, but the "chicas" are always very young. Sometimes, ways too young (14-15 although they may look in their twenties).

There used to be a local disco also at the entrance of El Callejon de la Loma (street right across from Ocean Dream). It's a pizza place with a disco at night. I'm not sure whether they still have the disco, but if you're in the area you may want to check it out.
