I would look in the apartment buildings along the Malecon. Some of these have about that many rooms and rent could be around that range.
You will not yet find anything fancy for that price.
There are many local "Real Estate" agencies which at times may have something up for rent. However, if they do, most tend to try to stick to the high priced and over priced deals. Many of them are not even on-line or only virtually so... meaning they don't answer e-mails in a timely fashion or plain can't handle inquiries from the Internet.
In other words, you may have to do your research on site, while your rent something smaller, maybe more expensive but "available" on-line for a month.
