Looking for a Bienvenido Mendez

Hello,

My mother is looking for an old Dominican Friend of hers named Bienvenido Mendez, She remembers very little, but she does know that he is originally from the Town of Navarette, they met in 1978 and he served in La Marina de Guerra. I am guessing he must be in his mid or late 50's. If anyone has any information, or think they may know someone with that name, I would appreciate it.

Genni Mendez is the Brit Hon Consul in Puerto Plata & has a lot of primos. Might be worth contacting him (he's in UK at present so wait a week).
