    Default I need a jump....

    ....we're arriving in Sosua this afternoon and I know our car is going to need a jump start. Does anybody know where I can buy some jumper cables in Sosua?

    in case of emergency, just stop a cab and he will jump your car for 100 pesos (most).

    If you are going to leave your car for a period of time,
    always disconnect the earth lead as it do not run the battery down
    don't forget the radio CODE

    I don't know what kind of car do you have - but let me suggest an important thing.
    Whenever you need to jump-start your car or just reconnect the car's battery, make sure the ignition key is in OFF position before the cables are securely connected!!
    If you leave it ON you can easily fry computers.
    It's a big and repeating problems.
    The latest one I have seen was a '07 BMW X5. $$$$$$$ !!
