on saturday i tried calling the colmado and realized my phone had an issue. i could dial the 809 and the first three numbers, but then it started beeping at me.
when my husband got home, though, he successfully made some phone calls AND we received some calls.
my parents called yesterday on the cell at like 8pm and told me the phone is out of service. they'd been calling all day with no luck. since they don't speak spanish they didn't get it, but my brother called (who does speak spanish) and is says out of service.
same problem today.
only to find out our whole building has been cut off. i can't even call codetel to find out what's wrong. and it's only our building - not even the entire complex! i'm a little more than frustrated.
anyone else have this happen?
(and yes, we paid our bill, ontime and in full)
