We will be holidaying in Puerto Plata the last week in January 1999 and would like to do some fishing. We don't have real deep pockets however we are prepared to spend a little extra for a reputable outfitter. Species not important but reliable, honest operator is what we are seeking. Can anyone help us locate a reputable outfitter or individual to take us fishing?
