Can I someone buy prepaid debit card in pesos.

Hi all, It's been awhile since I;ve been on the DR1 board. Does anyone know if someone can buy a prepaid debit card in pesos while in the DR.

Association Cibao as long as you have a cedulla. I have one and it is good anywhere Visas are accepted. Your name is on the card and it takes 3 days to make-up. It is not a credit card. Banco Populars card is only good at the atm's.
