Could be road blocks Wednesday

This article refers to a huelga Wednesday for 24 hours on the Carretera Luperon. I don't know any more than is said here but probably best to take another route just in case there are road blocks.

It all depends onhow they want to play it. They could block a lot of highways if they feel like it.
