Someone has to cover the RD$400 million payroll and 8,862 employees at the CDEEE.

What did a recent independent report say, with 300-400 the CDEEEE could do the same job.

I wish we had more Dominicans here like Nuria Piera that dig this crap up.
Instead you have a nation of apathetic spectators watching their country and their money being consumed by rampant corruption.

It is not apathy it is ignorance.

Easier to control if the majority is uneducated and they do a good job of that.

A dangerous situation could arise with uneducated masses and democracy (one man one vote).
All it needs is a polititian who is atractive to these masses and you have a situation like in Venezuela.

children are treated the way their parents treat them,
the way the parents wanna treat them.
i give a **** on a society's speech or treatment,
it is each single parent which treats his/her child,
rich or poor doesn't matter,
and skin color doesn't matter neither.
