Looking for Jorge Chela

Hi...I am living in Ohio-United States and my husband is linving in Santo Domingo attending Dental School, I need desperately to reach him... His name is Jorge Chela, he is from Spain, and he supposably lives on Jomas Salk, he has no phone, and I have no way of communicating with him...Any help would be great!!!!
