Cable Vision Eltecsa [CVE] is the local [ Costambar, Cofresi, etc. cable TV service] I have been a customer for 5+ years. It's office is in Costambar. Its service, in my opinion, is in the B to B+ range; superb for the DR! Oh that Codetel &/or Edenorte could match it!
