Exchange rate and best exchange place?

Hi folks,

I have a friend who needs to exchange about $15,000-20,000.00 US into dominican pesos. Could you please tell us what the current exchange rate is in the D.R, a source in the web where we could access this information on a dayly basis, if there are any, and any exchange places (casas de cambio) that might pay us the most for each dollar.
