Try the one situated near the car wash in front of Paraiso de Colon on the main highway... I don't remember the name but easy to locate.

I couldnt say which is best,but I beleive a lot of the restaurants get their meat from the one half way up the la mulata road

carniceria bavaria, close to the hospital on the main road sosua-cabarete. great stuff. then the guy half way up the mulata road - very nice sausages.
both very expensive but well worth it.

I agree, bought sausages from the 3 different butchers, the one up mulata road is by far the best
